DETOX SMOOTHIE FOR SPRING
Our yummy, hydrating and detoxifiying Green Smoothie recipe here to support your body throughout Spring!
Full of antioxidants, nourishing and delicious vegetables to give your body an amazing kickstart and welcome this warm weather!
1 cup of chilled green tea
1 cup of coriander
1 cup of baby kale (or another leafy green vegetable)
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1 cup of pineapple
The juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
½ an avocado
Blitz all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
