Treat your skin at home: Micro Needle Dermal rollers + hammers
Cosmetic acupuncture and micro needling helps reduce acne, scarring, pigmentation, age spots, rosacea, fine lines and wrinkles and slows down the ageing process. To get better results, we recommend you use a micro needle dermal roller and a dermal hammer at home after a cosmetic acupuncture treatment and ongoing once a week. Micro needling has the ability to break up old scar tissue, and stimulate collagen and elastin production, which will help clear, tighten and thicken skin.
How do I use them?
Use the micro needle dermal roller and dermal hammer at night once a week on cleansed skin. Divide your face and neck into box sections starting at the fore head and working clock wise (don’t use on the nose), 4 to 6 times use the micro needle dermal roller up and down, then across and back, then diagonally both ways, remember not to drag the roller, that’s why working in box sections helps. You only want to use the roller to create redness and get the qi and blood moving. If you bleed you are putting too much pressure, don’t worry, and just reduce the pressure you are using.
After you have used the micro needle dermal roller, the face and neck will be bright red. Then use the dermal hammer, use this under the eyes for the dark circles, around the lips and anywhere on the skin that needs more attention, like pigmentation, old scarring from acne and deeper lines. Tap a few times on these areas. Then apply rose hip oil over the face and neck, (this helps with cellular renewal) and massage it into the skin.
The skins natural renewal process declines after the age of 28, so the earlier you start cosmetic acupuncture and micro needling the better the results and the earlier you start slowing down the ageing process. The real results take place 4 to 6 weeks after the body’s natural cell renewal process takes place and new skin cells come through. The skin is clearer, firmer and the lines become smoother.
