At Shift we hold an array of events and workshops that really create a sense of community, and help people to feel empowered and armed with the knowledge they need to achieve and sustain a healthy, vibrant and inspired life.

We run experiential workshops, informational seminars, group treatments, one day retreats and much more aimed at getting people away from the hustle and bustle of their lives to stop, be still, reset and re-energise. Think Yin yoga followed by meditation and acupuncture, strategies to manage stress and overwhelm or all the tips & tricks for nourishing your body after pregnancy and healing from birth.

We create a range of events for our community and our corporate clients, from small intimate workshops to larger scale health events and even guest speaking at sporting clubs, work places, private functions or festivals.

We aim to engage as many people as we can and help them to see, that even in our very full modern lives, being happy, healthy and physically and emotionally balanced is within our grasp.

‘Yoga + Chill: coming home to yourself’

Come and join Acupuncturists Dr Tory Giles and Chantel Spiteri along with Yoga Teacher Kacey Smith for a sublime afternoon of deeply restorative Yin yoga, crystal meditation and group acupuncture

This day is for you if you feel like:

– You are disconnected from your purpose
– You are just “going through the motions” on a daily basis

Enjoy the beautiful warm studio at Kula Yoga for a deeply stress relieving and restoring Yin yoga practice, followed by guided meditation using crystals and acupuncture aimed at calming and centreing you. This is a time for you to let go of the daily grind and spend time going within.

The Fourth trimester – the first 12 weeks after childbirth, is an opportunity to replenish after the nutritional demands of pregnancy, heal physically and emotionally from birth and enjoy learning to navigate life with your brand new little person.

We will show you how you can support your healing, energy levels and mood with minimal time spent in the kitchen or shopping.
