KEEP HYDRATED

Water is super important for our skin. It encourages toxin elimination and keeps the skin looking plump and clear. Throughout winter it can be hard to keep up our water intake, but its really important if you want your skin to stay elastic and looking full!

 

EAT THE RAINBOW

Eat a diet that is full of different fruits and vegetables and COLOURS! This means that these foods are full of antioxidants, which are amazing for our skin. Antioxidants can protect our skin by limiting the amount of free facials in our body, which can damage skin cells and increase the appearance of aging. So eat a plate full of colour to ensure that you are getting lots of antioxidants to keep your skin looking youthful and clear!

 

FACIAL OILS

Facial oils are so great at keeping your skin hydrated, especially throughout the cooler months where our skin can get a bit dry. Some great oils are jojoba and rosehip because these oils mimic the natural oil content of our skin. Hydrated skin is really important to keep it looking plump and free from lines. So this winter, give yourself some mini facials with your favourite oil!
