Hello! I'm Tory, Dr of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, holistic health enthusiast, Mum of three girls, and I am dedicated to helping people discover their ultimate flow.
I have been a doctor of Chinese medicine for over seven years and am a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. I strongly believe that if you shift the mind, the body will follow. One of my greatest passions is to help people make this Shift by educating them about the many layers of health and treating with the healing art of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. I combine these modalities with the latest research in natural medicine, body movement and nutrition to create a unique and effective approach to what ails my patients.
I am the Founder and Director of Shift Natural Medicine, a space that I opened in 2013 in Melbourne. My hope was that Shift would be a place for people to visit and feel empowered. A place where people could access a range of dedicated, intelligent and heartfelt practitioners to restore their minds and bodies to optimal wellness.
My transition into Motherhood led me to develop a keen interest for women’s health and in particular the impact hormones and stress can play on many aspects of our wellbeing. This includes fertility, immunity, gut and skin health. As a mum to three young girls, Evelyn, Savannah & Arabella, I understand the challenges of caring for yourself and your family and that mothers need a space to be nurtured and cared for too.
I have worked with thousands of Women to help restore their minds, bodies and spirits back to balance.
Public speaking and events are a big passion project of mine and I have enjoyed presenting at Jaggads’ Self Care Sunday & Belly Blends’ Gut Summit. I have also loved running retreats for Two Plus Projects as well as beautiful and educational experiences with Kula Yoga and my Shift team.
I look forward to connecting with you and helping you to cultivate a happy, healthy, joyous and balanced life.
