I believe that the mind – body connection cannot be underestimated and plays a key role in many health conditions.
I am a degree – qualified naturopath with five years experience in naturopathic clinical practice. I have also completed a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences at the University of Melbourne with a major in Psychology. I believe that the mind – body connection cannot be underestimated and plays a key role in many health conditions. I base my practice on a holistic approach to achieving health and wellness by assessing both the mind and body. I have a special interest in digestive disorders, mental health, women’s health, stress and anxiety and thyroid conditions.
Food as medicine plays a key role in my consultations. I don’t believe in prescribing difficult diets but rather enjoy inspiring clients to make empowered and healthy food choices that are easy to implement and achieve long term. Life is for enjoying, not for depriving yourself.
Outside of my Naturopathic Practice, I love taking part in a wide range of sports including boxing, cross training, pilates, yoga and hiking. I believe regular exercise plays a key role in health and vitality. I am a tea enthusiast, foodie, chocolate lover and enjoy exploring new places both here and overseas.
I am here to assist you in achieving the health, vitality and happiness that you desire and look forward to helping you thrive!
